Provided Estates transformation, assurance and workspace configuration advice. Reporting directly to Unilever's Transformation Project Director and Steering Committee comprising main board representatives.

Provided ongoing advisory services to the Project Director on the programme. Led a team which undertook regular reviews and provided project management support to assist the implementation of a £100m transformation project of Unilever's business activities and redevelopment of Unilever House. Coordinated the development of the business case comprising the Sale & Leaseback, capital investment and asset management of the scheme. In addition, coordinated the interface of Internal Audit team.
