Provided Project Management services to the NPIA for the provision of a FIPS II compliant gateway that would allow Police forces across England Wales, Northern Ireland to be able to securely exchange information.
Responsible for Pre-OGC Gateway review project analysis. Development and maintenance of project plans. Providing analysis of plans reporting on potential deviations to the SRO. Created, implemented and managed document control procedures. Accountable for the creation, maintenance and integrity of project information in project databases. Accountable for the development, quality review and implementation of new and improved Programme and Project Management processes and procedures.
