Provided Programme Management services to North West London Strategic Health Authority responsible for the procurement and implementation of a 15 year decontamination of medical supplies process.
Reporting to the Project Director and responsible for a team of advisors, implemented the procurement of the North West London's outsourcing of its decontamination services across it's London hospitals. Undertook the feasibility and development of strategic solutions leading to the development of the business case and tender documentation for the procurement and negotiation with market suppliers.
