Provided Project Management to the Ministry of Justice leading the migration of 2300 staff into a newly transformed £140m headquarters. Outcomes included:

  • The integration and migration of 90 Business Units and circa 2500 staff.

  • Led a multidisciplinary team to develop a coherent scope, programme and approach to deliver the successful transformation into the department's flagship new building to meet the predetermined expiry of peripheral London properties. Helped transform this 'mission critical' project to deliver 100% success.

  • Recovery and turnaround from a 'Red' critical risk status to 'Green' within 4 months.
