Provided Consulting and Programme Management services to Goldsmiths College, University of London, for the development of a transformation strategy and performance improvement action plan.
Reporting directly to the Warden and chief of Administration and Operations. Advised and led a team of circa 30 staff to identify and implement operational and capital improvements to the University's estates services and estate.
Worked with a strategic team included the non executive chair to develop the estates strategy and operational delivery plan to optimize the University's assets.
