Reporting to the Head of Procurement, provided lead financial and project management advice for the procurement of the second generation £750m medical benefit outsourcing contract. Coordinated a multi disciplinary team of legal and technical advisers in conjunction with the Department's client team. Developed bid documentation and pricing structures, led the evaluation and negotiation of bidders responses and financial models. Secured financial close within budget.
