Provided Project Management and Financial Advisory services to the CLG (formerly ODPM) for the investment appraisal of a £70m PPP scheme for new UKFRS training facilities.
Reporting to the Finance Directorate, project managed a team which undertook a business review of the investment options associated with a £25m capital investment for the UK Fire Service central training facilities. Developed traditional and PPP related options and presented the recommendations for implementation.
