Provided Consultancy services to HMRC and AMTEC Consulting. Responsible for developing the Business Continuity procedures for the STEPS contract.
Worked together with department management to develop a Business Continuity Plan, including crisis management, infrastructure and service plans and business recovery plans.
Also responsible for developing a manual of flowcharts showing processes to ensure minimal impact to business.
Successfully resulted in a reduction of operational risk to the department.
